A light-touch therapy, CST can release tension and blocks held in the body and provide a balancing effect of the central nervous system. By providing a very gentle distraction or compression of the connective tissue (fascia) the body is free to unwind and release patterns that no longer support a well-balanced system.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes deep relaxation by redirecting life force energy that flows through the body.  When life force energy is low, we can become ill more often or feel stressed more quickly.  When life force energy is flowing freely, we are our best - feeling happy, balanced and fight illness with ease.  Annette has found that the healing power of Reiki is limitless.  She is a Master Reiki practitioner and is available for distance healing sessions.
